Dr. Lynda Thompson, Ph.D., BCIA-EEG, is a Registered Psychologist with experience in teaching, clinical psychology, school psychology and ownership of learning centres. She has been the Executive Director of The ADD Centre® since 1993. Her doctoral dissertation (1979) dealt with self-esteem in hyperactive children treated with methylphenidate. Dr. Lynda Thompson is co-author with pediatrician William Sears ofThe ADD Book: New Understandings, New Approaches to Parenting Your Child, published by Little, Brown & Co. of New York.
