Rob
is first, a single, full time, custodial parent of 3 children,12, 18 and
22.
He is also a world renowned Biofeedback
Neurofeedback practitioner, speaker, consultant, coach, counselor and
inventor/developer.
He has been working with biofeedback since
1972, seeing clients, doing research, developing several software
programs, inventing biofeedback products used by 100's of thousands,
training and lecturing to professionals at national meetings,
Universities, Hospitals and private clinics
Rob founded and continues to
organize one of the world''s largest meetings on advanced Applied
neurophysiology-- the Winter Conference on Brain Function, Modification
& Training (in it's 10th year)-- the first and the world's largest
meeting on the theme. He also organized the First and second
Meetings on Optimal Functioning, and the World's First Clinical and
Applied Surface EMG meeting.
His newest project, is StoryCon,
World's First Summit Meeting on the Art, Science and Application of
Story, held September 25-29 2002 in Palm Springs,
CA.

Pain Management, the Assoc. for the Advancement of Behavior Therapy,
Assoc. for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, at the Canyon Ranch,
America's premier health spa, at Fortune 500 companies, such as Campbell's
Soup, at elementary schools (teachers and students as young as 1st grade,)
alcohol and drug treatment facilities, churches, prisons, hospitals and
small businesses. Rob has lectured internationally, as far away as
Novosibirsk Siberia (Russia's silicon valley, top secret before
perestroika.)
Rob has over 25 years experience as a practitioner/ lecturer/
trainer/consultant and developer in the field of mind-body health
and performance. He trains the trainers, organizing and lecturing in
seminars teaching doctors how to treat stress, pain, attention disorders,
alcoholism and addictions and related disorders. Course participants
include psychologists, physicians, nurses, counselors, ministers, and
other health care providers. They learn how to teach patients to take
control of their lives.
Rob is co-editor of the books, Biofeedback; Theory and Practice,
volumes two and three. He has co-authored (Biopro, EMI/ CAM
SCAN) and consulted on software used in thousands of corporate, military,
health and university facilities worldwide.
Rob is biofeedback director of the Center
for Optimal Living, In Newtown, PA, and is former director of the
Pain and Stress Management Program of the Gloria Dei Growth Opportunity
Center in Huntingdon Valley, PA. He is founder of FUTUREHEALTH. The
company publishes cassette and video tapes and multi media packages for
pain, stress, habit control, headache, personal growth, and manufactures
and distributes computerized biofeedback instrumentation, software and
accessories. It has consulted for and includes in its list of 100's of
clients: Harvard, Yale, Johns Hopkins, UCLA, the U.S. Army, Air Force,
Naval Academy, Penn., Menninger and Mayo Fdtns. and hundreds of other top
universities and clinics.
Rob is inventor of the world's most widely used precision biofeedback
instrument (400,000+ sold in over 50 countries.)
Rob was elected in 1997 as a member of the board of directors of AAPB--
the first in the history of the organization to independently petition for
nomination and successfully get elected.
