The technique allows the trainer to interrupt whenever a distracting thought changes the score in order to bring the distraction to clear consciousness.
A live demonstration of the technique will be shown on the LED projector screen with a trainee chosen from the audience.

It will become apparent that such thoughts are barely conscious. Progress is measured by the time focus can be maintained without distraction.
