Service: We sell to clients
all over the world. How do we support them?
The same way we support our US clients- by email. Our response time is
faster than phone and often we have detailed answers pre-written, and,
since we've been selling Procomp systems longer than any other dealer, we
get great service from the inside tech support people you don't have
access to.
How good is our tech
support? We've been to factory trainings every time there's a
significant product update. We make special trips to the home office,
meeting with key personnel, updating our knowledge resources, so we are
sure we can do the best job possible to continue keeping our clients happy
year after year.
Think about it. We organize
the world's largest Neurofeeback meeting and expect to see many of our
clients each year or at least occasionally. We're far more visible than
our competitors. And we make sure we can greet them heartily, knowing
we've done a great job taking care of their needs..
International
clients! We
are prohibited from directly shipping Procomp systems to most overseas
countries. But we can ship to addresses in the USA. We have found that
most of our international clients can arrange for friends or family in the
US to receive and then re-ship or carry systems to their home
country, often saving time and duties. Contact us for details. This
approach works. This does not apply to used systems. We can ship them
